Are your anime products officially licensed?
We source both officially licensed and premium fan-made anime merchandise, clearly mentioned on each product page for full transparency.
Do you ship anime products worldwide?
Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.
Can I track my anime order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Since we only one product of each, upon we receive your reservation for certain products, we will confirm with you the condition of the items individually since they are all final sales.
We will only refund if the items are damaged during shipment.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. There is no return nor exchange.
Are your anime figures safe for display?
Yes, all our figures are made from high-quality materials and are perfect for shelves, desks, or collector displays.
